We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and use it only for the purpose of delivering the agreed service.
Clients should not send highly sensitive, restricted or confidential information unless it is necessary for the project and appropriate safeguards have been discussed.
Where personal data is involved, both parties should handle such data responsibly and in line with applicable data protection requirements.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content, designs, graphics, reports, strategies, documentation, code, templates, concepts, training materials and other materials created by Kendigi Media remain the intellectual property of Kendigi Media until full payment has been made.
After full payment, the client receives rights to use the final approved deliverables for the agreed purpose.
